Kailh PCB Hotswap Sockets are required for certain boards. They can only be used on PCBs that are compatible with them. They do not work with regular soldered boards. If unsure, please reach out to us to confirm before ordering.

These are MX Sockets.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Carriers:
We currently use Sendle and Australia Post for all orders.

We aim to ship next day for Sendle but we have weekends off from packing. Auspost orders are shipped Tuesday at lunch and Thursday at Lunch, occasionally another day in between.

For any orders going to a PO box, we will use Australia Post as Sendle is unable to deliver to a PO Box.

Returns
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to consult about fixing the problem. If a return is required, we will give you a return address to send to and will provide a full refund for the cost on the receipt after we have received and inspected the item.
Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery method.
