Love a good split board and this has earned a place in my collection. Went with EC HHKB and it's quite unique and fun to type on.

Overall, the Metropolis set was well designed and executed. I ended up picking up the base kit as well as the space bar and signs add-on from Mtn Kbd and the turnpike add-on from another website as Mtn Kbd had sold out. Shopping experience with Mtn Kbd was great, no fuss and shipped quickly and safely.

I’m trying a new experience with the Gateron silent back switches. I used to use red switches, but these ones feel like they require more actuation force. But, since I tend to hit the keys pretty hard, they actually feel fine for me.

My keyboard supports RGB light. Unfortunately, the product images were transparent switches on this website, but the real products were not. I think the main reason is probably that I didn’t really look into the product specs properly. I’m usually not that interested in keyboard lighting anyway, so I’ll be satisfied as long as the noise issue is resolved.

Overall, the keyboard typing noise has been reduced a lot. After adding a thin layer of foam to the keyboard, I’m really happy with how it feels and sounds.

Great little sample kit, really gives a good feeling for what I want to use in my projects, reading a description of a switch is one thing but being able to feel the sensation really helps to decide!

Love it! I expected the alphas to have a darker shade of grey but it still looks great nonetheless. Packaging was really good and had minor damages most likely from shipping. Overall been loving it so far.

Love the keycaps, really good quality, there was a small delay in shipping but it was handled in a very professional and satisfactory manner, will be buying from here again!
