We currently use Sendle and Australia Post for all orders.
We aim to ship next day for Sendle. Auspost orders are shipped Monday at lunch and Thursday at Lunch, occasionally another day in between.
For any orders going to a PO box, we will use Australia Post as Sendle is unable to to deliver to a PO Box.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to consult about fixing the problem. If a return is required, we will give you a return address to send to and will provide a full refund for the cost on the receipt after we have received and inspected the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery method.
